Alpha Dream Construction is a California design-build firm with two studios: one in Greater Los Angeles and one in the San Francisco Bay Area. We hold a single CSLB Class B general building contractor license (#1145233), carry full liability and workers' comp, and self-perform framing, concrete, and finish carpentry on every project.

Rachel leads architectural design for the LA studio. She specializes in detached ADUs, second-story additions, and entitlements through LADBS and city planning departments across Greater LA.
Director of Construction — Bay Area Studio
17+ years in California construction
Marcus runs the Bay Area studio. He came up through structural engineering and ran tenant-improvement and seismic-retrofit programs across San Francisco, Oakland, and the Peninsula for nine years before joining Alpha Dream.
